We now have a self check-in tablet to help maximise the efficiency of checking in. Our check-in MOA may be taking a patient down to an exam room or helping out a patient which can delay the time it will take for them to help check you in.

This will help speed things up so you won't have to wait until they get back!

Simply enter your PHN number, and the system will ask you to confirm your email address and phone number, and then you can check in and have a seat!

Our clinic hours are:

Monday – Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Our phone lines are open from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Monday - Thursday we are closed for lunch from 1:00pm - 1:30pm. On Fridays we are closed for lunch from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.

Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm. Our phone lines are open from 9:00am - 11:00am.

We are closed all statutory holidays.
