Missed Appointments, Late Cancellations & No Shows 

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice by phone if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to give the required notice will result in a no-show fee.

1st "no show"

  • A patient will be advised of a "no show" fee that will be applied for future missed appointments.

Fee for 2nd "no show"

  • Patient is charged a $50-75* fee which must be paid before the next appt can be booked. (*longer appt)


More "no show" info

  • Repeat "no shows" may result in higher fees. There is no 1st warning if the "no show" is with a partner MD.

  • A $50 "no show" fee will be charged for appointments that have been booked with a partner of regular MD.


Payment of fees

  • Fees can be paid in person with cash, check, bank or credit card or we can send an invoice to email.

If you have respectful feedback or any concerns that we can help you with, please let us know.

However, if you are treating anyone in an aggressive or verbally abusive manner, you may be asked to leave the office or may have your phone call disconnected.

Termination of patient-physician relationship

We reserve the right to terminate the patient-physician relationship under the following circumstances:

  • If we feel threatened in any way by a patient.

  • If a patient refuses to pay for 2 or more “no-shows” fees.

  • If breach of trust has occurred.

  • Any other circumstance which compromises the integrity of the patient-physician relationship.
